Starting on the home page, select Create a Signature, you will be taken to the signature form to generate your information. Enter all general organisation information into the first tab. Much like HTMLSig and Si.gnatu.re, MySignature.io uses a breadcrumb method to capture all the necessary options required to complete the signature. The second tab contains an images section, you can add your corporate logo here. The third tab contains up to 25 social media account icons you can add in, and finally, the last tab (design) contains template options and basic typeface/font information such as size, style and color.

MySignature’s simple interface gets you up and running within minutes, thanks to the preset and well designed layouts you get free access to. You can also import data from LinkedIn or Facebook, just sign in with either of those accounts and MySignature will build a profile for you, a function not common in various other HTML email signature generators.
